Culture Whisper - Up at the top you’ll find a rooftop bar, while below on the fifth floor, members can enjoy the work areas and library – the space here can be hired out for private dining, receptions and screenings for up to 60 people. Michelin starred chef Merlin Labron-Johnson is at the helm of the fourth floor restaurant and guests have the choice of eating in the dining room. read more
Financial Times - The Conduit, is an invitation-only members’ club in Mayfair with a difference. It is due to open this summer with top chefs, sustainably sourced ingredients, a late-night speakeasy — and a programme focused on social and environmental change. The Standard - But The Conduit wears its social conscience on its sleeve: the interiors, designed by Cavendish Studios and Russell Sage Studio, include more than 170,000lbs of recycled materials. There are ceramics and tapestries sourced from local artisans in South Africa, Swaziland and beyond and a library with books in every stairwell, specially curated by the not-for-profit Workplace Gallery.  read more
Vogue - The interiors a rich palette of olive, indigo, burnt orange and flashes of yellow – are designed by Russell Sage, whose hallmark appears on many a hip hotel interior across London. Everything in the six-storey townhouse comes with an ethical provenance: ceramic vases fired and glazed in Pretoria’s Mamelodi Township; complex angora tapestry created by a collective of Swazi women; chairs by coventry social enterprise Sitting Firm; and a host of items made from recycled materials. read more
