London On The Inside says: The rooms are not a massive size but nicely designed and feel really cosy, with designer light fixtures, king size beds and modern artwork. We had a room on the top floor with a pretty luxe bathroom, featuring a large rainforest shower and roll top bath. Free wifi, a nespresso machine and complimentary breakfast bites such as porridge, orange juice and fruit are nice touches too. read more
The Londonist says: Perhaps the word “new” is stretching it a little here. Longstanding Kennington pub The White Hart shut for all of about two weeks before re-opening under a new alias as The Tommyfield. Apparently, The White Hart was too common a name and the pub lacked identity. read more
